Nissin Raoh Champon Noodles Instant Ramen 5 Servings

Nissin Raoh Champon Ramen features a rich soup made with pork and seafoods as well as non-fried thick noodles that is developed to catch generous amount of soup.

Champon, also known as chanpon, is a local ramen dish in Nagasaki that usually consists of thick noodles, vegetables, sliced pork, and seafoods. Its soup is robust and this pairs very well with these ingredients.

The noodles contain whole wheat flour which is more nutritious and has more fiber than regular wheat.

This Japanese champon ramen broth is made by simmering pork bones with seafood and sesame oil. This soup goes perfect with veggies.

Instructions

Bring 450ml of water to a boil, add the noodles and boil them during 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the soup base and condiments that come in separate bags into a bowl.

Put the noodles and hot water into the bowl and stir well before eating.

You can enjoy this ramen by cooking it with a pan. To do so, stir-fry ingredients including sliced pork belly, cabbage, bean sprout, green onion, and a pinch of salt. You can add or change ingredients according to your preferences.

Then, add 450ml of water, bring it to a boil, add noodles and cook them for 5 minutes at medium heat.

Stop heating, add soup and seasoning oil to the pan, stir well, then transfer the mixture to a bowl.
